How long do the nutrients last in the multi-purpose blends?
Most Westland composts are formulated with professional-grade fertilisers that support plant growth for approximately four to six weeks, after which regular liquid feeding is recommended.
Can I use the top soil for my indoor houseplants?
Our top soil is heat-sterilised and screened for garden beds and lawns; however, for indoor pots, we recommend a specialist houseplant potting mix to ensure the correct drainage and aeration levels.
What makes the John Innes range different from standard compost?
The John Innes range follows a specific loam-based recipe including grit and sand, providing a heavier, more stable structure that is ideal for long-term potting and mature shrubs.
